Join us in delivering high-quality solutions that power communities and industries. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Test Technician located in Indianapolis, IN. The Test Technician will be responsible for performing routine and specialized electrical testing, calibrating test equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems, and completing accurate documentation of testing procedures. Additional tasks include contributing to quality assurance processes and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to maintain project timelines and safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in medium voltage cable terminations.Strong Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing electrical systems effectively.Excellent Communication skills for on-site collaboration and accurate reporting.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols.Relevant technical certifications or education in electrical systems is preferred.Previous experience in substation or electrical testing operations is a plus.
