Clinical Manager Ambulatory Surgery Centre (ASC)

Your Responsibilities May Include:Managing client projects associated with clinical operations management.Coordinating all data and information required from clients to expedite clinical engagements.Managing and mentoring junior staff, providing support to clinical operations projects.Developing and maintaining a current ASC policy and procedure manual that details compliance and ASC rules and regulations as well as accreditation standards for The Joint Commission or AAAHC.Developing training tools for state survey, Medicare certification, and SCS accreditation standards.Leading clients through Medicare certification and accreditation surveys.Providing on-site training to clients.Directing QA client reviews.Managing selected client relationships.Leading appropriate client presentations.Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets.Defining project analyses and deliverables.Leading teams and implementing recommended solutions.Working on multiple engagements.Communicating project progress and seeking input.Developing depth of technical expertise.Identifying follow-on opportunities and helping scope and close follow-on engagements.Working closely with multiple project teams and senior consulting leaders.Taking responsibility for project outcomes.Communicating effectively with management and executive-level client staff.Drafting proposals.Learning about breadth of solutions and identifying those that reflect personal and professional interests.Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development and career advancement.Demonstrating the ability to excel at consulting while balancing work and personal life.Acting as an ambassador within personal, professional, and alumni networks. Our Expectations of YouStrong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry, and with specific experience in the ASC industryEducational background as follows:Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferredClinical bachelor’s degree in nursing requiredRegistered nurse or physician assistant certification desiredThree to five years as a director of nursing with experience in Pre-Op, OR, and PACU management in an ASCThree to five years of experience in facility design and planningComprehensive knowledge of Medicare certifications and ASC accreditation standards and survey requirementsRisk management and process improvement experienceInfection control policies and proceduresAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projectsDemonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skillsTrack record of strong client serviceDemonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal presentation skillsAbility to travel at least 80% of the time Job LocationsPreference will be given to candidates in Seattle or San Diego, but other offices include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Washington, DC. Able to work a hybrid schedule with days in office and remote. This job is eligible to participate in annual incentive compensation program, which reflects pay-for-performance philosophy.
