Food Bar Staff Member - First Shift

Position SummaryFood Bar Staff Members prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items at the food bar in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to quality, excellent customer service, and food safety while helping deliver a welcoming, country-style dining experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Prepare, portion, and stock food bar items according to recipes and company standardsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the food bar and prep areasMonitor food temperatures and freshness to ensure safety and qualityAssist with plating, packaging, and serving food for to-go customersProvide friendly, helpful customer service at the food bar counterRotate products to ensure freshness and minimize wasteWork as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality serviceMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Prior food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environmentWillingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidaysStrong teamwork and communication skillsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
