The developer will design, build, and maintain high-performance front-end applications using React and related technologies, ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure user interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating requirements into technical solutions, building reusable components, integrating with back-end APIs, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with product owners, designers, and back-end engineers, participating in code reviews, maintaining code quality, and contributing to architectural decisions. The Senior React Developer will help mentor other developers, follow best practices, and support continuous improvement in development processes.QualificationsStrong front-end development skills, including React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.js and related React ecosystem tools.Solid understanding of general software development principles, patterns, testing, and version control.Familiarity with back-end web development concepts and API integration (REST/JSON, GraphQL is a plus).Experience building responsive, cross-browser, and accessible web applications.Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork.
