The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, especially cardiac rhythms, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Flexibility to float across units is required.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and Acute Care unitsMonitor cardiac rhythms and respond to clinical changesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (Cerner preferred)Ensure compliance with patient safety and hospital protocolsRequired Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – State of Practice (California)Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Acute Care/TelemetryRecent specialty experience within the last 3 monthsStrong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skillsRequired Certifications:BLS / CPR (Basic Life Support)ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)Experience in an acute care facilityExperience with Cerner EMR systemAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
