Powder Coater-A ShiftRequirements:Mask prep parts prior to paintRotates in other work cells as instructed by supervisor or cell leaderPacks finished product for shipmentMaintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environmentActively participates in making and implementing cell improvementsPerforms duties in accordance with established quality standardsQualifications:Must have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions. High school diploma/GED is preferredMinimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environmentManual dexterity and mechanical proficiencyAbility to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devicesMust be available to train on A shift prior to moving to C shiftMust have 1 year minimum powder coating or industrial coating experiencePhysical Requirements:Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Bending body downward and forward at the waist. Standing for sustained periods of time.
