Lead Operations Associate

Lead Operations Associate Job Duties: Process, package and ship orders accurately Ability to make operational decisions based on ever changing variables Train new hires Organize stock and maintain inventory Inspect product for defects and damages Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments Organize warehouse space Operate forklift to move and stack product Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately (Tire weight up to 70 LBS) Check, verify and fill customer invoices Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Keep warehouse clean and organized daily Operate/Drive Vehicle Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues Plan routes and meet delivery schedules Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents or violations Required Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license (No recent moving or driving violations) Proven work experience in a Warehouse Setting and as a truck driver We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
