You will address and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and policy approvals, collaborating with finance management and cross-functional analysts to ensure smooth transaction processing.ResponsibilitiesProcess enterprise transactions accurately and timely.Resolve basic discrepancies and missing information.Collaborate with finance management and cross-functional analysts to resolve unique transactions and discrepancies.Perform cash postings using 10 key.Engage in payment maintenance, cash application, and invoicing.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts receivable and cash application.Strong 10 key skills.Experience in payment maintenance and invoicing.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management OR 1+ year of AR/Cash Application experience.10 key experience is a must.Work EnvironmentWork in a large, modern building with a flexible hybrid schedule. The accounts receivable team is divided into Credit/Collections and Cash App, with this role reporting to the Cash App team. Enjoy the flexibility to choose any three days to work in the office, with the option to work from home when needed. Initial training will be conducted onsite, after which you will maintain a consistent in-office schedule. The environment focuses on manual cash application and does not require outreach to external customers. Expect to work closely with the AR Supervisor and aim for a monthly 4% increase in accuracy and productivity.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bayport, MN.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.50/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
