You will work in partnership across the Sport Offense to align on process while ensuring delivery on the specific needs of the consumer.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training5 years professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or StrategyAn understanding of and/or operational experience with product creation, ideally within the industry - passion for process excellence and simplificationConsistent record of leading, planning, organizing, prioritizing, and implementing simultaneous creative projects and activities across various teams in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively with others in a matrix environment and develop consensus within diverse groups and with people at all levels within the organizationStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a demonstrated ability to network, influence, and inspireExceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progressUnderstand product/retail value chain from innovation to consumerProficiency in Client & Client Suites – inclusive of Keynote, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups)Proficiency in building collaborative tools and processes, with experience in Miro, Smartsheets, AirTable and/or other project management software toolsA passion for SportComfort in the complex & ambiguousPrior work experience in the industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Experience with product creation processesExperience in a similar role within the industryAdvanced proficiency in project management software toolsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIdentify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional partners to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plansEnsure consistency, documentation, and standardization across the landscape when appropriateHelp drive key moments in Energy Product Creation and CODE Process, ensuring consistency and excellence in executionEnsure the Apparel Product Management & Product Creation business is running with operational excellence and effectivenessPartner with Operational & Functional leaders to coordinate and manage teams coming together to drive business right dialogue on the workProduct Calendar MaintenanceExecute existing report portfolio and deliver to the business through various communication portals.
