Document Support SpecialistRemote (U.S.) | Night Shift (Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM ET)OverviewNRI Staffing is seeking a Document Support Specialist to support a fast-paced professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong document production experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines. You will work closely with legal and administrative teams to produce, format, and deliver high-quality documents.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit, and format a wide range of documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, correspondence, and reports Convert documents across formats and ensure consistency in layout, branding, and structure Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and overall professionalism of all deliverables Manage incoming work requests, track progress, and provide updates on turnaround times Support document scanning, cleanup, and organization of digital files Assist with court filings, including electronic submissions where required Transcribe audio and video recordings into written documents as needed Execute data entry tasks, mail merges, and support large-scale document distributions Coordinate with internal teams to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines Provide basic technical support related to document formatting and tools Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information QualificationsMinimum 2 years of document production or word processing experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail Experience with document comparison, formatting tools, or similar software is preferred Ability to proofread and identify formatting inconsistencies Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Flexible schedule with the ability to support overtime or weekend work if needed Strong communication and customer service mindset Additional RequirementsMust meet U.S. work authorization requirements tied to access-controlled systems and tools Compensation$89,000 – $108,000 annually, depending on experience and locationNRI is an equal opportunity employer.
