Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead our company's operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the organization, driving business growth through process improvement and sales efforts, and managing projects to achieve financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as a track record of developing and implementing effective operational strategies. Duties: - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability. - Oversee the sales and business development functions to identify and pursue new revenue streams. - Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within budget delivery. - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. - Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed. - Identify and address operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in operations management, business development, or a related field. - Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing teams. - Experience with strategic planning and process improvement. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial performance and develop effective strategies to improve profitability. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new revenue streams. - Experience with managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. - Experience with managing and developing operational teams.
