The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesExtensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accountsProvide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customersSchedule service and delivery orders Coordinate schedules with the service/operations teamContact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plansRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationAP/AR/Invoicing/Scheduling/RoutingQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of two years of customer service experience requiredStrong time management and project management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbout CulliganAs the world’s leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
