This is a high-impact role for an experienced accounting professional who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver controller and CFO-level services to a diverse client portfolio Key responsibilities include:Leading day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for a portfolio of clientsReviewing and directing the accurate and timely recording of financial transactionsManaging payroll processes and ensuring on-time executionOverseeing completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliationsEnsuring compliance with payroll, sales, and use tax reporting requirementsAdministering and maintaining charts of accounts and cloud-based accounting platformsDesigning and monitoring internal controls to safeguard financial integrityDelivering complete and accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisCreating financial analyses, KPIs, and operational reporting for clientsPreparing budgets and forecasts and maintaining them within financial systemsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
