This role will work closely with sales, operations, freight forwarders, and retail partners to ensure accurate routing, timely shipments, and precise invoicing.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments, working directly with freight forwardersManage routing for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring cost‑effective and timely deliveryPrepare, review, and process shipping invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionCommunicate shipment status, delays, and documentation requirements to internal teams and external partnersMaintain detailed shipping records and documentationSupport compliance with retailer routing guides and freight requirementsCollaborate cross‑functionally with sales, warehouse, and accounting teamsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator or similar logistics role within wholesale or consumer productsHands‑on experience managing both domestic and international freight forwardingStrong experience working with freight forwarders on both origin and destination sidesProven experience with routing and invoicingFamiliarity shipping to large retailers Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environmentComfortable working fully onsite in New York CityNice to HaveExperience with AMT (a plus)Prior exposure to retailer compliance programs and routing guidesAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full‑Service Hiring beta program.
