The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and able to manage files from contract to closing with accuracy and professionalism.Compensation:$50,000 - $60,000Health benefits, medical, dental, and vision plansPTO401(k) Retirement Plan1 day per month, company holidayPeriodic merit bonus for exemplary workSigning bonus for an exceptional candidateWork Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:30 - 6:00; Flexible between 9:00 - 5:3010:00 - 6:30Responsibilities:Process real estate title files from start to finishManage agent communications (calls, emails, requests)Coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellersOrder lien searches, title searches, and payoffsPrepare settlement statements and closing packagesClear title issues and follow compliance requirementsMaintain excellent communication with all parties involvedQualifications:Only candidates local to Dadeland, Miami, FL will be considered.Requirements3+ years of experience in residential title processing (Required)3+ years of experience and a valid title agent license (Preferred)Strong knowledge of Florida real estate proceduresProficiency with title software and closing platformsExcellent communication and organizational skillsCandidates near Dadeland Mall in Miami (Preferred)About Company:Our mission is to provide title insurance and facilitate the smooth transfer of property ownership from one party to another.
