Maintenance Lead II

Like working with your hands, fixing things, and keeping things running? Were looking for a Maintenance Lead who can jump in, take charge, and get the job done. Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends required Essential Duties Handle day-to-day maintenance across campus Fix issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Knock out work orders and keep up with preventative maintenance Help with projects, setups, and seasonal work (including snow removal) Step in as a leader and help keep things moving Requirements 3+ years of maintenance experience HVAC/Refrigeration certification (required) Solid all-around skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Able to lift, climb ladders, and stay active throughout the day Reliable and able to work on your own Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Retirement with employer match Paid time off If you know your way around tools and arent afraid to get your hands dirty, apply today.
