Will see entry-level, college grad!!The Senior Accountant will play a vital role in the financial operations of the organization. Will work closely with the finance team, performing accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Monitor bank accounts and track transactions. Prepare monthly intercompany billing statements and monthly income GL entries. Reconcile all company bank accounts and monitor company credit card transactions. Assist the Controller with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.QualificationsStrong expertise in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger managementExperience with month-end and year-end closing processes and auditing practicesProficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills and QuickBooksBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)Prior experience in corporate accounting, preferably in a senior or supervisory roleFamiliarity with regulatory compliance and financial standards such as GAAPNormal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5.
