What we needWe're building three internal tools over the next 8 weeks and need someone who can actually execute.Client Intelligence Dashboard - White-label brand intel we ship to clients: mentions, sentiment, competitive share of voice, campaign timelines. The design and deployment are done. What's missing: a real data pipeline, multi-client config, auth, and PDF export. Stack is Next.js + Tailwind + Recharts + Google Sheets API.Director Project Hub - An internal tool for our directors: decoded briefs, call highlights, visual references, and AI-generated treatment outlines. A creative war room for each project. Needs to be built from the ground up.Strategic Analysis PDF Pipeline — Our AI system writes brand strategy docs that currently output as plain text. We need them to look like something a CMO would actually read — designed, agency-quality PDFs. JSON in, beautiful PDF out. You're probably a fit if• You've built full-stack apps and you're not precious about the stack• You've touched Google Sheets API, Notion, auth flows, REST — the usual suspects• You notice when the padding is off. You care.• You use AI tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, whatever) — not as a novelty, as a workflow. This is core to how we build.• You can be in Brooklyn sometimes — not mandatory, but helpful• You'd rather ship something rough on Friday than send a status update on Monday• You communicate like a human — short updates, honest flags, no status theaterUseful but not required: Figma plugins, PDF generation (Puppeteer, React-PDF, WeasyPrint), or any ad/production background. We're not checking for• A degree or agency pedigree• A massive portfolio - show us 2-3 things that actually work• Someone who needs full specs before touching a keyboardThe deal• Rate: $50–75/hr depending on experience• Hours: 15–25/week, flex — we track output, not hours• Timeline: 8 weeks to start, ongoing if it clicks• Start: Soon. The first project has a 3-week deadline.
