National Account Manager- Costco
What Will I Be Doing
Build working relationships with corporate level Club customers, Buying teams, Customer Replenishment teams and above
Meet & exceed aggressive sales targets
Help develop Takis strategy, long and short term, in Club Channel
Grow Barcel In-Store presence, including new & existing product growth
Maximize revenue while adhering to Barcel USAs trade budget & promotional guardrail requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute Club specific initiatives
P&L responsibility for customers
Foster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments as needed.
Work in partnership with shared resources assigned to this position
Compliance with Barcel USA policies and procedures.
What Is Expected of Me
Knowledge of Club Channel and/or Grocery in a CPG environment (4 + years)
Bachelors Degree plus 4 years sales within CPG industry at account management level.
Career trajectory of delivering results and increasing responsibility
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and persuade.
Warehouse/CDC experience preferred
Power User Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into convincing stories
Strong collaborator, team oriented.
