Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong passion for patient care.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient's vital signs and medical information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Assist in emergency medical situations and provide support in triage
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Perform IV insertions, sutures, and other medical procedures as required
- Handle patient information confidentially in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills
- Proficient in performing various nursing procedures including IV insertions and sutures
- Experience working in a teaching hospital or similar environment is preferred
- Ability to handle emergency medicine situations effectively
- Strong knowledge of triage procedures and behavioral health management
- Skilled in providing care for patients of all ages, including toddlers
- Capable of lifting heavy objects when necessary
Pay: $39.87 - $41.91 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
