This individual will play a critical role in centralizing data across the organization, strengthening reporting and insights, and building sophisticated dashboards that help leadership understand performance across multiple channels.This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can design the analytics infrastructure while also diving deep into the data to uncover insights that drive growth.You will work cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, eCommerce, operations, and finance to create a unified view of performance across retail, DTC, subscription, and social channels.Key ResponsibilitiesCentralize and integrate data from multiple sources including retail partners, DTC platforms, subscription programs, marketing platforms, and social media.Build and maintain scalable analytics frameworks and data models to support company-wide reporting.Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time visibility into sales, product launches, customer behavior, and marketing performance.Analyze retail data to evaluate sell-through, product velocity, and store-level performance across key retail partners.Partner with leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across retail, eCommerce, and marketing channels.Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.Improve data accuracy, accessibility, and governance across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth and operational improvements.Help design and scale the analytics infrastructure as the company grows and expands distribution.6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategyExperience working in CPG, retail, or eCommerce environmentsStrong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platformsAdvanced proficiency in SQL and data analysisExperience working with large, multi-source datasets (retail POS, DTC platforms, marketing platforms, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insightsExperience building dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics frameworksExcellent communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience working with retail data platforms such as SPINS, Nielsen, or IRIExperience analyzing subscription or DTC business modelsFamiliarity with marketing analytics including paid media performance and attributionExperience in a high-growth or emerging CPG brandInterested in hearing more?
