Account Manager
Job Description
Primary Focus: Client relationship management and account growthCore Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients/accounts• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality control checks• Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements• Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to operations teams• Manage client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues• Coordinate with Director of Operations and Enhancements on service delivery• Track account performance, satisfaction, and retention• Assist in contract renewals and expansions• Provide detailed reporting to clients when needed
