MRI Technologist Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a MRI Technologist to join our Imaging team. Under the direction of the radiologist, the ideal candidate will be experienced in MRI services to our patients for diagnosis, closely follows physician's instructions, appropriately positions patients, prepares, and operates equipment, and accurately records the images requested. Position Specifics: Department: MRI Core Function: Imaging Schedule: PRN Facility: St. Elizabeth's Hospital Location: O'Fallon, IL Education Qualifications Associates degree in allied health, applied/radiologic science or certificate program is required. Experience Qualifications 2 years of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) experience is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations One of the following is required: Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) credential. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Certification as a Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT). Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
