Overview:
In this role you design, build, and enhance AWS Connect-driven solutions within an enterprise context. You will work with stakeholders to implement processes, forms, and interfaces, while also extending capabilities in ServiceNow. The role blends cloud design, contact center best practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable customer operations. You will ensure solutions meet evolving requirements and align with enterprise standards. This opportunity lets you shape how technology supports client processes at scale.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement AWS Connect processes including configurations, policies and interfaces to support client processesPropose enhancements to existing operations and implement updatesSupport and evolve processes based on new requirements or upgradesFacilitate requirements gathering, review and documentationDesign and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environmentOn-site work in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a weekAll other duties as assigned or directed
Key requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 7 years of experience with large enterprise frameworks 7 years of hands-on AWS Cloud platform experience 3 years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience 3 years of development with Node.js, Python or Java 3 years of experience in call routing & messagingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearanceWillingness to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a weekIndependent worker but effective in team environmentsProven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven enterpriseStrong change management, testing, and high-availability practicesAWS Connect and AWS Cloud experienceIVR, ACD, Skill-Based Routing, Live ChatProcess flow documentation
