AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Provide tailored solutions to AT&T customers based on their specific needs and service issues by answering questions and assisting with contract negotiation, closing sales, and customized packages.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions through company meetings, webinars, and detailed review of flyers/email updates.
Open new customer accounts and accurately input client information in a timely manner.
Refer concerns, problems, and questions to upper-level management as needed.
Maintain high-quality service aligned with client policies and guidelines by maintaining a positive attitude and responding to customers calmly.

Preferred Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years of previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or retail.
