Key Initiatives Employee Relations: managing and leading initiatives at various organizational levels to increase engagement and retention, navigating complex issues, providing consulting and coaching on company rules, procedures and compliance. Talent: responding to Talent Management program questions, consulting on performance reviews and intercultural development plans, coaching managers and employees. Engagement & Culture: coaching managers to promote positive engagement, morale building, advising on Quad's values and encouraging team discussions. Learning & Development: working with managers and employees to improve leadership, communication and change‐management skills, supporting navigation of development programs. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: driving DEI awareness, facilitating difficult conversations, modeling inclusive behavior. Policy & Compliance: guiding employees and leaders on policies, handling complaints and investigations, managing disciplinary or legal actions, resolving workplace conflict fairly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Consult and advise management on complex/high‐visibility employee relations issues, using training and company programs. Manage and lead ER initiatives to increase engagement and retention. Guide employees and leaders on policies and procedures ensuring compliance and fair treatment. Respond to Talent Management program questions, guide leaders on training and development opportunities. Consult on performance, talent, succession and development plans using the in‐house resources. Conduct coaching discussions for managers and employees. Advise on promoting engagement, morale, interpreting engagement scores, aligning with Quad culture and Values wheel. Conduct employee interviews to understand concerns. Develop action plans with Field HRBP to motivate and build morale, strengthening relationships. Meet employees on complaints, assist with solutioning. Conduct complex investigations on discrimination, harassment or DEI issues. Analyze trends and metrics, present ideas and recommendations for training or policies. Carry out thorough investigations, partner with leaders and counsel for corrective action. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and reduce regulatory risk. Provide performance and disciplinary guidance to managers and leaders. Improve work relationships, promote engagement and retention. Identify training and development needs. Interpret HR policy for complex ER issues. Support RIFs, terminations, plant closures, prepare exit packages, communicate with affected employees. Serve as point of escalation for complex ER or policy issues. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience. Education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis. Experience 10+ years employee relations experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Resolve conflict and find solutions, conduct complex investigations.
