Senior Interior Designer

We’re looking for an exceptional Interior Designer to join us in-house and help bring our projects to life.We are a West Palm Beach–based luxury hotel and condominium developer, and design is at the center of everything we do. From boutique hotels to high-end residential spaces, we care deeply about creating environments that feel thoughtful, elevated, and memorable.This role is for someone who truly understands luxury, how it looks, how it feels, and how it functions.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be involved in the full design process from early concepts all the way through installation.Developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentationsSelecting finishes, materials, and furnishings (FF&E)Working closely with architects, vendors, and project teamsMaking sure the vision comes through in every detailSupporting multiple projects across hospitality and multifamily residentialWhat we’re looking forStrong experience in luxury hospitality and multifamily design (this is key)A portfolio that reflects a clean, elevated, high-end aestheticSomeone who is both creative and hands-on, you can design, but you can also executeComfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shiftStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhy this role is specialYou won’t just be another designer in a large firm, you’ll be in the room, working closely with leadership and directly impacting the final product.If you enjoy seeing your ideas come to life and want to be part of something being built from the inside out, this is that opportunity.We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
