Wage Range: $15.00-$25.00 OPEN UNTIL FILLED: 1ST CLOSING DATE APRIL 27, 2026JOB SUMMARYResponsible for ensuring bar service areas and inventories are always maintained. Ensures guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and cleanliness of bar area and supplies. Requires knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks being served. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSEnsures guest service standards through prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Maintains the inventory of bar supply needs and promptly and efficiently stocks beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and dry goods. Ensures that inventory items are stored and placed using FIFO systems. Provides trash pickup and disposal of bar and service areas, including removing bags and replenishing bags, wiping down receptacles, and mopping the floor as needed. Maintains a neat and clean station continually. Assists with the removal of used dishware and utensils. Washes and stocks glassware and utensils. Assists with bussing of tables and running food from the kitchen as needed. Report any health standards or safety needs immediately to the Supervisor. Keeps Supervisor apprised of operational concerns including recipes, inventory, and supply needs. Adheres to company policies, regulatory laws, codes, and department procedures. Promotes internal guest service standards with courteous and respectful behavior with co-workers. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of six (6) months' restaurant experience within the past three (3) years. Effective communication skills: good auditory acuity and verbal response. Demonstrates interpersonal skills and abilities that promote positive guest services. Need to stand or walk for long periods; perform routine bending and lifting of product up to 35lbs.; perform repetitive motions of arms, hands, wrists, and fingers; occasionally lift and maneuvers up to 140 lbs.; and work in varied (hot, cold, noisy) environment. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and a positive attitude toward all employees and guests. Must possess or obtain Food Handlers and OLCC certificates within 30 days of employment. Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance. Must be at least 21 years of age.
