Duties Safely and efficiently delivers pizzas to guests in a timely manner Checks for order accuracy and proper quality before leaving for deliveries Navigate routes accurately using GPS or route maps to ensure timely deliveries using your own cellular device Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their orders are correct and complete Load deliveries properly to prevent damage during transit Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of vehicle to ensure safety and reliability Complete all delivery documentation accurately and report any issues or delays promptly When no deliveries are present, you will be required to wash dishes, clean the store, fold boxes, make side items and/or pizzas, answer the phones, help guests walking into the store, as well as cutting, packaging and labeling the products to Marco’s standard Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on customer service Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; MVR checked upon hire Familiarity with route driving Ability to lift heavy loads safely, including boxes of pizza or supplies, demonstrating physical strength and stamina Experience working in a kitchen is a plus Excellent navigation skills with the ability to adapt to changing routes quickly Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving expertise meets your passion for delivering smiles!
