To support that growth, we are hiring experienced auditors.If you're excited about applying your expertise to build the future of the profession, this role may be a fit.The Role:This is not a traditional audit role.We are looking for product-minded auditors to help reimagine how compliance work is performed. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology and the real world. You will work across the entire customer lifecycle—from demonstrating the platform’s value to prospects, to helping clients implement the tool, to collaborating with our engineers to turn your audit expertise into scalable software.What You’ll Do:Product Design: Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex audit workflows and standards into AI-driven functionality.Sales Engineering: Lead product demonstrations for potential customers, acting as the technical expert who understands their specific pain points.Customer Success & Onboarding: Manage the implementation process for new clients, ensuring successful adoption and a smooth transition from manual processes.Iteration & Feedback: Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers to identify product gaps and help prioritize the development roadmap.Innovation: Help define best practices for automated audit processes and contribute to new product development within the platform.What We’re Looking For:We are looking for experienced auditors who bring both strong technical expertise and a desire to innovate.Experience: 6–12+ years of audit experience; Manager to Senior Manager level experience is a big plusBackground: Deep expertise in SOX, internal audit, or risk consulting, ideally from a Big Four firm, top-tier consulting firm, or a sophisticated internal audit functionCommunication: Ability to build rapport, collaborate cross-functionally, and explain audit concepts to technical audiencesMindset: High agency and a genuine curiosity about how AI and automation can solve the inefficiencies of traditional auditingWhat Makes This Role Unique:Build audit technology directly with engineers and product leadersHelp define what AI-enabled audit looks like in practiceJoin at a key growth stage post–Series AShape a category-defining audit and compliance platformWhat We Value:IntegrityTrustAccountabilityHigh agencyEmpathyA fast-paced, collaborative environmentLocation:Office: 500 3rd St, San Francisco, CA (in office a few days a week is ideal)We value in-person collaboration a few days a week and are open to candidates living in or interested in relocating to the Bay Area.
