1st Shift Machine Operator

We take pride in fostering a positive working environment that promotes work-life balance and encourages professional growth. *What You'll Do:* As a key member of our machining team, you will: Set up and operate production machinery (lathes, grinders, mills, and similar equipment) to produce parts to specification, including loading/verifying programs, conversational programming, tooling changes, and precision inspection of finished parts. Reviews prints and drawings, performs routine machine maintenance, and maintains accurate logs, tool lists, and program libraries. Collaborates with tool vendors and other departments to keep workflow running smoothly in a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
