Role: MS Dynamics Data Migration DeveloperLocation: Harrisburg, PA 17111 (Hybrid)Duration: Long Term  Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced MSD CRM Data Migration Developer to join with our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with ETL specialists, specifically with experience in Kingswaysoft (CRM transformations) into SQL Server. This role involves developing and maintaining data integration solutions to support our business operations and analytics.  Key Responsibilities:Microsoft SQL, TSQL proficiencyDesign, develop, and implement ETL processes using Kingswaysoft.Collaborate with ETL specialists to transform data from various sources into D365 SQL Server.Develop and maintain data models, data integration processes, and data transformation solutions.Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data integration implementations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data transformations.Stay updated with the latest ETL technologies and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data development, with at least 2-3 years specifically in Kingswaysoft.Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data transformation processes.Proficiency in Kingswaysoft and SQL Server.Experience with CRM data transformations and data integration solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Certifications (Preferred):Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (or similar SQL Server-related certification)Any additional certifications related to data management and ETL processes are a plus. Soft Skills:Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.Collaborative approach to work, fostering a positive and productive team environment.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
