Server/Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to patrons in a timely and friendly manner. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate cash register and handle payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales Requirements: - Previous experience in bartending or customer service within the food industry - Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions - Familiarity with cash register operations - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Understanding of food safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Familiarity with sales techniques to increase revenue - Certification in bartending or related field Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while creating memorable experiences for our guests!
