This role leads staff, manages inventory, drives process improvements, and ensures strong performance against key operational metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop warehouse team members through training, coaching, and performance managementOversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment operationsEstablish and track KPIs; implement action plans to improve performanceConduct time studies and process audits to identify efficiency opportunitiesPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsEnsure accurate inventory management and cycle countsMaintain a safe work environment through regular inspections and training complianceCollaborate with customer and Bluegrass leadership on operational improvementsOptimize warehouse layout and space utilizationMaintain equipment and ensure proper use of resourcesDevelop and update SOPs and training programsSupport invoicing and reporting requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)3–5+ years of warehouse management experienceForklift certification (or ability to obtain)Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with WMS and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety regulationsEqual Opportunity EmployerOur Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants regardless of protected status.
