Job Description:The Opportunity/ResponsibilitiesManage marketing projects to ensure each meets the annual Classroom Magazine budget including hours, subscriptions, and revenue. Responsible for managing all aspects of a staff of 12-14 Classroom Magazine Inside Sales Representatives – help them to be successful in meeting their sales goals (and all other job duties)Implement company policies in a fair and equitable manner including performance evaluations and disciplinary action. Coach, monitor, motivate, and work one on one with sales team to ensure successIdentify new sales and marketing opportunities for the business unit. Create contests and activities to motivate the team. Must be willing to work additional hours and/or hours outside of the primary shift to meet business needs.
