We build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups.As the Account Manager for the Automation Team, you are the primary customer advocate, ensuring clients receive maximum value from their engagement while serving as the main escalation point for project decisions.Solutions Engineering & SalesStrategic Lead Management: Orchestrate the outreach and segmentation of our existing lead flow to identify high-value opportunitiesDiscovery & Technical Scoping: Prepare and conduct discovery calls that translate vague business problems into specific AI-driven technical requirementsAI Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate client data and objectives to determine if a solution is both technically possible and economically viable before the proposal stageRapid Validation Sprints (RVS): Lead the transition of projects from initial interest into high-velocity 2-week "stress tests" to prove technical viabilitySOW & Proposal Drafting: Draft detailed Statements of Work in PandaDoc that define clear milestones, technical deliverables, and success metrics for AI implementationsAccount Management & Pipeline HygieneHubSpot Mastery: Serve as the "Single Source of Truth" by managing all leads, following up 3+ times, and maintaining daily accuracy on the HubSpot Kanban boardClient Relationship Leadership: Serve as the sole point of contact for all client communications, providing weekly updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycleStrategic Roadmapping: Help clients look beyond current projects to book out 30-90 day roadmaps for every client under contract, ensuring continuous value deliveryPerformance Monitoring: Use our automated AI call-scoring system to ensure every interaction meets NineTwoThree's high standards for strategic alignment and relationship buildingRequirementsOperational ExcellenceTool Proficiency: Utilize Monday.com to organize tasks, sprints, and timelines across Action Item, Deliverable, and Development boardsHubSpot Automation: Assist in creating HubSpot workflows, automations, and managing platform settings to optimize the sales processClaude Code: Utalzie Claude code for automations and workflow simplification.
