Field Engineer

Experience: Senior Level Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year Job Details - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent hands on field experience) Prior field engineering experience on water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, or related heavy civil/water infrastructure projects strongly preferred Familiarity with treatment process equipment, water bearing concrete structures, underground piping systems, and/or process mechanical installation is a plus Working knowledge of project documentation: RFIs, submittals, daily reports, quantity tracking, and as built drawings Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and mechanical construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and coordination skills for working with superintendents, subcontractors, and project management staff Comfortable working on an active jobsite and spending the majority of time in the field OSHA 10/30 certification a plus; willingness to obtain if not already certified A bit about us: - Our client is a well established heavy civil construction firm with over 100 years of combined engineering and construction experience, specializing in water infrastructure and other critical public works.
