Lambda Robotics builds autonomous systems for physical infrastructure. As a Controls Engineer, you'll design and implement the feedback loops that let our hardware operate reliably in unstructured, real‑world environments — not simulations.
What you'll do
Design, model, and tune control systems for autonomous mobile platforms.
Develop state estimation and sensor fusion pipelines running on embedded hardware.
Work directly with mechanical and electrical engineering to close the loop from hardware to software.
Debug control behavior in the field, not just on the bench.
What we're looking for
Strong fundamentals in classical and modern control theory.
Experience with real‑time embedded systems (C/C++) and ROS or similar middleware.
Comfort working with hardware‑in‑the‑loop and physical prototypes, not just simulation.
Bias toward shipping and iterating in the field.
This is a full‑time, onsite role.
