Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Escalation Specialist. The Escalation Specialist will be responsible for managing high-stakes customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes. The role includes analyzing issues, providing clear communication to stakeholders, and delivering proactive solutions to improve customer satisfaction and service experiences. Qualifications Experience with Escalations Management and handling escalation cases efficientlyStrong Analytical Skills to assess issues and identify effective solutionsProven expertise in Customer Support to deliver exceptional client experiencesExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional customer and team interactionsAbility to work in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skillsProblem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability in dynamic situationsExperience in a service or media-related industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
