Ifyoureready to turn your passion into a career,letsgrow the future together.What you will do(including but not limited to):Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and facilities improvementsBasic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairsFacility cleaning and ensuring overall facility cleanliness sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, vacuuming, etc. Adhering to strict sanitation practices throughout the facilitySubmit and manage facilities maintenance tickets in computer systemWhat you've accomplished:Skilled in the use of power tools and common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenchesAbility to perform equipment and machine maintenanceKnowledge of basic computer and office equipment operationsExcellent attendance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to work under pressure and meetdeadlines,whilemaintaininga positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability tomaintainfocus and attention to detail.Must be over 21 years of age.Physical DemandsMust be able to spend extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs for a distance of 100ft.Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may berequired.Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms,handsand fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.Work EnvironmentThe job is performed indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments for extended periods of time with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Activities include extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling,stoopingand bending.
