Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex scientific documents, datasets, and research papers related to chemistry.
Develop, review, and refine high-quality questions and answers that challenge and expand AI understanding.
Apply analytical techniques to assess and extract key insights from provided materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor and clarity in content.
Interface with documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Provide feedback and domain expertise on model outputs and system performance.
Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and integrity of all chemistry-related data and input.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field.
2+ years of professional experience in academia, laboratory, or industry settings.
Proven ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical documents and research studies.
Excellent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in data retrieval, computation, and analytical reasoning.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results.
Strong attention to detail and scientific accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in Chemistry or related discipline.
Experience in creating educational or assessment materials.
Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaborations (e.g., physics, biology).
