Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism.Strategic development and execution of marketing opportunities and projectsEmploy marketing analytic techniques to gather data (social media, web analytics, internal data etc.) as well as analyze the effectiveness of current marketing methods; and procedures and develop new methods and proceduresAbility to approach new people and situations with ease in order to build strong client relationships, including networking with lenders and law firms throughout North CarolinaUndertake daily administrative tasks and communication with internal staff to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all marketing activitiesOrganize promotional events, including traditional, digital campaigns, and social media outletsParticipation in the development and implementation of marketing ideas and other activities as related to business development needsPresents self in a professional manner and have the ability to interact with all levels of internal business and outside clientsExcellent communication skills, verbally and written, to facilitate business developmentWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachStrong time management skillsUnderstanding of business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply themTeam playerComprehension and communication to all parties regarding marketing principlesAbility to communicate and build relationships with a varied audience, including other staff members, professional clients, and outside partiesThe expected salary range for this position is between:$20,000.00 - $40,000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
