In this role, you’ll be at the center of our delivery operations—coordinating service requests, supporting customers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from dispatch to completion.You’ll handle incoming requests, create and manage service tickets, and coordinate technicians for CO2 tank services, gas refills, and equipment-related needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including 3 weeks of classroom training and 1 week of hands-on experience, giving you the tools and confidence to excel from day one.What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact by professionally handling and logging incoming customer calls.Create and manage detailed service tickets for CO2 tank service, gas refills, equipment safety concerns, and related requests.Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently to meet customer and operational needs.Generate, track, and resolve billing dispute cases with accuracy and thorough documentation.Assist customers with billing questions and service issues in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.Coordinate logistics for deliveries and service calls to ensure timely and accurate completion.Perform precise manual order entry and maintain up-to-date service records.Maintain organized documentation for calls, tickets, and orders to support accurate tracking and reporting.Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.Follow established procedures and safety standards related to CO2 tanks and equipment.Actively participate in training and continuously build knowledge of systems and processes.Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.Demonstrate flexibility and reliability with scheduling, including weekends and varying shifts.What You BringCore SkillsStrong customer service skills with a professional and friendly phone presenceExperience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or similar rolesHigh accuracy in data entry, order processing, and administrative tasksComfortable using computers and learning new systems quicklyFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and general computer navigationExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build positive working relationshipsFlexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules as neededNice to HavePrevious experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery coordination, or operations supportExperience in clerical, administrative, or order entry rolesAbility to remain calm and solution-focused when handling customer concerns or billing issuesInterest in growing within the company and taking on future advancement opportunitiesWhy Join Us?Structured onboarding and training program to set you up for successOpportunity to develop skills in operations, logistics, and customer serviceSupportive team environment with growth potentialA dynamic role where no two days are the same#ACTjobsNU26Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
