Licensed Acupuncturist – Women’s Health & Fertility Focus Willow Tree Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic | NW Portland, OR We are seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist with clinical experience or advanced training in women’s health, fertility, and pregnancy care — or a strong desire to specialize in this field. Willow Tree Acupuncture is one of Portland’s most trusted women’s health clinics, with nearly 20 years of success supporting patients through every phase of the reproductive journey. We collaborate closely with leading fertility clinics and OBs across the region, and we’re known for providing heart-centered, results-driven care rooted in Chinese Medicine. We’re looking for a skilled, motivated practitioner who’s ready to contribute to a high-integrity team and make a meaningful impact. What We Offer: W-2 employee position $40–$160/hour, with realistic earning potential of $55K–$100K/year for 15–25 clinical hours/week Full patient schedule provided — no marketing or admin headaches CEU stipend + retirement plan for long-term team members Weekly team meetings and mentorship Beautiful NW Portland location with strong admin/front desk support High-functioning, collaborative, and compassionate team culture Clinic Shifts Needing Coverage (3 shifts/week minimum): Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday - Friday shifts available but these shifts need to be filled first. Additional hours available as your schedule grows. Who You Are: Licensed Acupuncturist in Oregon NCCAOM-certified in Herbal Medicine (Dipl.OM or Dipl.CH) 2+ years clinical experience preferred, especially in fertility, pregnancy, or hormonal health Training in women’s health and fertility-focused CEUs (please list them in your cover letter!)
