If you’re ready to grow your career, don’t miss this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:Maintain and update project trackers, including deployment plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks. Coordinate schedules across stations, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare executive-level status updates and leadership-ready presentations. Track action items, decisions, and open issues. Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups. Support vendor coordination; engage with vendors to ensure meeting agreed upon deliverables and timelines. Hold internal teams accountable to actions and provide timely feedback, escalating quickly as needed. Enforce PM hygiene. Required Qualifications:Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Project coordination or PMO experience. Communication (executive-level). Multi-project, multi-stakeholder coordination and engagement. 2-5 years project coordinator, PMO, or ops support experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong organization and follow up skills. Detail oriented. Metrics driven. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience supporting multi-site projects. Experience managing a portfolio of projects. Preferred Skills:Supporting field deployments. Aviation or airline experience.
