Role Description This is a full-time, Commission Only Sales Associate role located in Jacksonville, FL. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities, call upon company generated leads, building client relationships, self generate and providing tailored roofing solutions. Tasks include attending client meetings, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve collaborating with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Qualifications Sales and relationship management skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and client engagementStrong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively present solutions and close dealsKnowledge of roofing products, industry standards, and local building codes (preferred)Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills for tracking sales and managing client interactionsValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sitesPositive attitude, high motivation, and goal-oriented mindsetPrevious experience in roofing or construction sales is a plus
