Leadec is a $1.0B industrial services company with over 20,000 employees serving automotive OEM's and other large manufacturers around the world.
We perform a wide range of services for our customers and are currently growing to meet our North American customer's needs for engineering and project services.
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a 3rd Shift Technical Supervisor who has the ability to work the following shift: Thursday - Sunday (8 PM - 6 AM each day)
Provide leadership, support and knowledge to Group Leaders and their respective teams.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec
Works safely at all times
Ensure the safe operation of teams through regular communications, work observations and modeling a "Safety, it's Your Life" mentality
Effectively manages the Leadec scope of work (SOW)
Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager
Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine
Focuses on labor, equipment, and tools allocation, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement
Effectively communicates necessary information to management
Management all required Leadec and customer reporting processes
Actively attends all required meetings
All other duties as assigned by Leadec Manager
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Previous experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment
Previous experience in supervision or management role
Ability to work the following schedule: Thursday - Sunday (8 PM - 6 AM each day)

The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 8-12 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
