Our efforts are guided by our principal belief that enhanced cooperation between the United States, Israel, and Arab and Muslim countries will generate significant benefits to the region and advance strategic U.S. interests.Position SummaryThe Program Assistant provides administrative and programmatic support across N7 Foundation initiatives, with a focus on projects related to the Middle East and regional integration. This is an ideal role for candidates seeking hands-on experience in foreign policy, international affairs, and policy research.The position is in Washington, DC and requires availability during standard business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex scheduling and coordinate meetings with U.S. and international stakeholdersTake detailed notes and track follow-ups from high-level policy discussions and conveningsSupport planning and execution of events, including roundtables, briefings, and international conveningsCoordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and briefing materialsProvide administrative and operational support to senior staffConduct background research on Middle East policy, regional integration, and related topicsContribute to memos, briefing materials, and—where appropriate—independent research projectsAssist with a wide range of tasks in a small-team environment, demonstrating flexibility and teamworkQualificationsBachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, Middle East studies, economics, or a related fieldDemonstrated interest in Middle East policy and regional integrationSharp political acumen and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent writing, research, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional judgment and discretion, particularly in handling sensitive informationWillingness to work fully in-office in Washington, DCAbility to travel internationally, as neededPreferred QualificationsPrior internship or work experience in a U.S. government agency, Congress, related foreign policy institution or think tankFamiliarity with Middle East regional dynamics and policy issuesExperience supporting events, policy programs, or high-level meetingsExposure to policy writing, briefing preparation, or research projectsCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $50,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experienceBenefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunitiesEqual Employment Opportunity StatementN7 Foundation is an equal opportunity employer.
