You'll enjoy doing discovery with users and high-level vision into practical, scalable product solutions that work in the real world of healthcare delivery.We’re early in our journey, which means you’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape product direction, influence strategy and leave a meaningful imprint on what we build.What You’ll DoHelp shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities that improve efficiency and patient outcomesOwn the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems and workflows. Translate complex clinical, operational and technical requirements into clear product specificationsPartner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end-to-end user journey, define the solution architecture, and build scalable integrations. Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows and interoperability challengesMap upstream and downstream dependencies across healthcare systems and third-party integrationsBalance speed and rigor in a fast-moving startup environmentRequired ExperienceWe’re looking for Product Managers who have built products from 0 to 1, not just supported them.You should have:4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environmentA healthcare technology background, ideally working with clinical or operational healthcare systemsHands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) - Epic experience is a plus, but not requiredExperience working with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrationsExposure to products operating at the intersection of EHRs, clinical systems, data and AIExperience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to move fast and get stuck inNice to HaveExperience working with Epic, including pharmacy or medication-related workflows (e.g. Willow, specialty pharmacy, or similar)Familiarity with pharmacy operations, medication management, or fulfillment workflowsExperience building AI-enabled or automation-driven healthcare productsExperience shipping products used by clinicians, care teams, or operational healthcare staffWhat We’re Looking ForA sharp, curious PM who enjoys solving hard problemsSomeone comfortable working across technical, clinical and operational domainsA builder mindset - you like getting into the details, not just writing ticketsSomeone who challenges assumptions and raises the bar for healthcare technologyWhat You’ll GetEmployee stock optionsCompany-issued Apple MacBook ProComprehensive health coverage - medical, dental, and vision plans for employeesLife assurance benefit401(k) Retirement PlanUnlimited PTOFlexible working arrangements – hybrid setup with focus time and collaboration days.
