Support Project Managers and field leadership on asphalt/heavy civil projects while learning both the PM and Superintendent tracks. This is a strong “career accelerator” role with exposure to both office and field workflows.Responsibilities:Assist PMs and/or Superintendents with day-to-day project coordinationSupport project documentation: submittals, logs, schedules, closeout supportHelp track quantities, production reporting, and basic cost tracking supportCoordinate with crews, subs, vendors, and internal departments as neededParticipate in jobsite problem-solving and learn field/office decision-makingIdeal background:Asphalt experience strongly preferred (paving/heavy civil OK)Comfortable on jobsites and in an operations environmentOrganized, coachable, eager to learn PM + field leadership pathways
